It begins with your arrival as a Navy SEAL BUD/S cadet. There’s no time to dilly dally. You either do the first workout and commit to this training, or don’t bother. This book is a tremendous roadmap for anyone looking to become a well-rounded elite champ. I’m a paramedic firefighter at super busy district. The principles, mindset, breathing exercises as well as dietary and exercises are things that I’ve used and try to instill in the new guys. If you’re serious about raising yourself to a higher level in all areas of life whether you’re in the military or not, this book will get you well on your way. Don’t just read the book, make the lessons part of your daily life. Soon you’ll see that ANY challenge in your life will be easily overcome.
